This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Lucky You (“the App”) handles information. The App is published by MeshAiGames (“we”, “us”).

The App does not ask you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or location. The names you type into the wheel stay on your own device.
The App shows advertisements, and our advertising partner collects some technical information about your device in order to show them. That is the only information collected through the App.
The names you add to the wheel are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us and we never see them. Deleting the App removes them.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process:
We do not receive this information in a form that identifies you. We only see anonymous totals, such as how many advertisements were shown.

You can limit ad tracking on your device at any time:
On Apple devices, the App will ask for your permission before any tracking identifier is used. You may refuse, and the App will continue to work normally. You will still see advertisements, but they will be less relevant to you.
The App offers an optional paid subscription that removes advertisements.
All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see, receive or store your payment card details. We are told only whether a subscription is active, so that the App knows whether to hide advertisements.
Cancelling a subscription is done in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not inside the App.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at the address above and we will delete it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the advertising and payment providers described above, who act as independent controllers of the data they collect.
We may disclose information if we are required to do so by law.
Because the App stores the names you enter only on your device, we retain nothing. Information held by Google or by Apple is retained according to their own policies.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information is held about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or to object to its use. Because we do not hold personal information about you ourselves, such requests should usually be directed to Google or Apple. We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
